to answer a call that rings in a different known extension 

number.

Required: A known extension is ringing.

Press this key.

Select and press to confirm.

Press this key.

  Enter the code for Individual Pickup.

Press the "INDIVIDUAL PICKUP" key.

Enter the extension number (e.g., 11/101).

Wait. Initiate conversation.
