−10% to +110%, LOW OVER SPEC or 
HIGH OVER SPEC
 error appears and the value returns to the previous value. Set a 
value once again. 
 
 
 
8.2.24  Mag-Prover
 
-Self Diagnosis ON/OFF Setting 
 
You can select on/off setting for Mag-Prover’s self-diagnosis function. 
If the self-diagnosis function is set to OFF, no error message is displayed even if any of the errors listed 
below occurs. 
 
• ROM error 
• RAM error 
• System parameter error 
• Excitation cable is not connected or its wiring is open 
• Excitation circuit failure 
• ADC circuit error 
• Totalizer data is destroyed 
 
Selection items 
Description 
OFF 
Self-diagnosis function is turned off. 
ON Self-diagnosis 
function is turned on. 
If this function is set to ON and an error occurs, an error message appears on the Display 2 measured 
value screen. If an error occurs, the measurement items specified for Display 2 screen cannot be 
displayed unless the error is removed.
