Key Application Requirements  
Cleaning of welds, discoloration and burn removal on metals such as cold 
rolled steel and stainless steel. Used on a straight shaft die grinder where 
hand tools are used to position the tool on to the part, bench motors where 
the operator brings the part to the brush, and backstands where the operator
brings the part to the brush or wheel to clean the weld or remove weld
discoloration/weld burns.
Product or process replaced
Wire brushes, nylon brushes, non-woven wheels and hand pads. Typical 
brush or wheel size is 3" or larger.

Abrasive Grain filled bristles apply 
a continuous fresh supply of mineral for consistent finish and long lasting
quality throughout the life of product.
Non-Loading — Bristles do not load up from debris, rubber or plastic residues
from metal surfaces, which does not cause cross contamination. 
Cool Running — Resists heat build-up to help reduce potential for tempering 
or damaging the work surface. Doesn’t cause distortion to the part.
