Do not select NTFS under the File System tab. Otherwise, the player cannot work and will need to be 

reformatted.  

 
MTP Mode 
For Windows

1. Double-click 

My Computer.   

2.  Right click the disk named 

and select Format.

OK.  

4. Click 

OK when formatting finishes. 

 
For Windows

1. Double-click 

My Computer and then double-click the device 

. 

2. Right-click 

Internal Storage and select Format.

OK when formatting finishes. 

 

The screen will display USB Connected again when the file transfer or formatting is completed. Disconnect the player 

from the computer only when all data reading/writing is finished.
